The Purchase

The Purcha$e is our version of a classic noserider. It’s deep dish concave in the upper third of the board makes for long nose rides through critical sections with ease. Unlike other noseriders of it’s class, this board also turns really well because of it’s flat bottom contour in the tail. Most noseriders have a bellied out back half which make for slow, clumsy turning. The unique fin designed for the Purcha$e enhances tha way this noserider turns even more. On The Purchase, you don’t compromise tip time or turning. It does it all.

Piñata

The piñata is our only pintail longboard model. It’s more of a speed shape with a slightly pulled in, pointier nose and 70/30 rail in the back foot and a half. The over all outline is pretty streamline. The bottom is fairly flat and slightly rolled to a panel v through the tail. It has a little more tail rocker than the Purchase, but a little less concave. The rails are 50/50 through the mid section and gradually turned up in the tip. This is a great board for down the line logging at point breaks like Rincon or Uppers.

Easy Rider

Everyone loves jumping on a board they surf better on. If you’re just starting out, or you already shred, this boards suits anyone’s surfing. The Easy Rider is designed for everybody. It’s basically a performance single fin noserider. It has concave in the nose with a pulled in square tail. The tail has slight tucked edge for easy maneuverability and speed through turns with panel v through the end. This board is also available as a pin tail for those who like less pivot. This is our most user friendly, progressive lingboard. We can also add side bites for those who like to get really agro.

Sano Free

The Sono Free model is a spin off of the MNR 612 Parachute. The simplified, extended MNR stretches back into a rounded pintail for smoother, fluid turns. This board is for the average surfer who just wants to cruise San Onofre style but ride something a little smaller than a longboard, and a little racier. It’s not meant for airs or 360s, just an easy glide. With it’s wide, slightly pointed nose, it’s effortless to get on tip time. This model works best from 7’6” to 9’0”.

612 Parachute

The 612 is a foot longer than it’s little brother, the 512 MNR. It has many similar attributes that make this board super versatile. The one difference is found in the tail. The 612 comes stock as a rounded squash tail with a unique twist. The tail has a slight little bevel off the end of the bottom of the board which we call the kickstall tail based off of skateboards. We like to think it actually does something to effect the way the board rides but to be honest, it’s such a small touch that who knows what it actually does besides look rad. All we know is that the board works insane and it’s such a fun in between size that it puts it right in the funnest board category.

512 MNR

The 512 Mini Noserider has caught surfer’s attention all over the world. It’s such a fun, unique design. When we came up with the board, we wanted to create something that not only looked like a miniature longboard, but also rode similar to a shortboard off the tail. The most unique characteristic of the board is it’s deep dish concave throughout the entire bottom of the board. This gives this little board lift on the nose and speed through turns. It’s truly and all around great rider. For a surfer who rides longboards on a daily basis, this board is a great way to transition from long to short. We think It’s the most versatile board in our line up.

MNR Type 2

This is our newest addition to the MNR family. The type 2 combines a high performance shortboard tail with the MNR nose. The dished out concave in the nose is for lift on the tip while the slight double concave and thruster fin set up make for shortboard-like turns. This board makes it even easier to surf like a short boarder and still be able to get up on the nose in those mushy noseriding sections. This model works best in the 5’4” to 6’2” length range. It also comes with a five fin set up because with the performance shortboard tail, it also works snappy and loose as a quad.

Thumb Nugget

This is our closest model to a standard shortboard outline without making it too much of a boring WCT tortilla chip. The over all rocker plan is semi flat with slight entry rocker with a little flip right in the tip. This board is fast and great for higher performance surfing. It comes stock as a thruster but can also be ordered with a quad or five fin set up for versatility. The tail is bordering on a rounded squash and rounded pin making turns fluid form rail to rail. The bottom is a flowing single concave with slight v off the tip of the tail. We like to add simple carbon fiber strips to the tail to add strength and flair. This board works best in the 5’6”- 6’0” range.

Hot Tub

While designing the Hot Tub, we kept in mind that concave works. Whether it applies to the deck or the bottom, it made sense to add a little to both. We added a single wing to narrow out the tail and heavy double barrel concave between the fins to increase acceleration. We also added a concave deck to keep your feet planted to the board as if you’re almost strapped in. The purpose of the concave deck is to keep your center of gravity inside the board. It makes it quite hard to slip off and also eliminates the need for a tail pad. All of these factors combined make for faster, modernized fish.

Pomp2

The Pomp Squared combines a modern shortboard rail with a performance egg outline. The nose resembles a rounded egg shape with the wide point pushed forward for streamline speed. The squared off tail makes for quick, sharper turns. The bottom has unique channels between the side fins and the center fin that flow off the rail. The Channels grab the face through turns with slight v between the channels off the end of the tail. This board rides best between 5’2” and 6’0”

PompR

The Pomp Round is our version of a performance egg. It’s round nature and modern rail make this board flow through turns with speed. It comes standard with FCS 5 fin option and dual channels through the fins leading into V off the tail. This is a great board for someone who normally rides a shortboard and wants to try something a little faster, a little easier to catch waves, but still modern and maneuverable. It’s a Canvas favorite.

Butterzone

The Butterzone is the closest thing to a performance fish we make. Inspired by the mini simmons movement, It’s outline resembles a take on a mini simmons but with a closer look, it’s far different. It comes standard with a concave deck that makes you have a lower center of gravity. This is the butteryzone where you’re almost sucked down to the deck of the board. The deck area of the tail has deeper concave. The tail is a square block with a little bit of hip in the back foot of the outline. On the tip of the tail it’s shaped into what we call a “squalo tail”, that makes the tail of the board a little thinner and adds some flavor to the end. The bottom is flat leading into a slight panel v out the back.
